As Russia entered the bombing campaign in Syria against ISIS in mid-2015, doubts were quickly cast regarding who their real victims were. While Moscow claims its airstrikes target ISIS in Syria, the reality on the ground shows their real targets were civilians, children, rebels and aid workers.
